I've been toying with the idea of switching to a vegetarian diet for a while, ever since last summer after me wheat and dairy problems. Things seemed to get better but it was only temporary.

So I decided to make a permanent change. I've gone to the veggie side. A month and half later I'm glad I made the switch. It's turned out to be a challenge to cook for a carnivore and a vegetarian almost every night but I'm getting the hang of it.
My daughters think it's absolutely hilarious that I've gone veggie and I live with the worlds original carnivore but he's been great, he didn't even make a face when he tried my soy, tofu and fruit smoothie; yeah he's a keeper.
